A limited-edition whisky drawn from a single cask and crafted using the unique 7-column distillation process. Produced entirely under one roof – from grain to glass – this single-distillery whisky offers an authentic and bold character. Matured exclusively in new American white oak casks for a minimum of 7 years, it develops an intense, full-bodied profile. It was originally created especially for the Nestville Open Fest 2018.
Cask Strength represents a powerful whisky bottled at its natural cask strength, without dilution before bottling, preserving its authentic, full, and uncompromised character. Filled into casks at approximately 65% ABV, it naturally retains an impressive 63,9% after seven years of maturation, reflecting both its intensity and exceptional quality.
It matures exclusively in new American white oak casks, which impart depth, structure, and a rich flavour profile. It is non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour, with no added colouring – exactly as shaped by time and oak.
The result is a whisky highly prized by connoisseurs, offering a pronounced grain character, an expressive vanilla sweetness, delicate oak tannins, and notes of dried fruit.
Each bottle of this Single Barrel edition is unique, featuring a hand-written bottle number, cask number, cask filling date, and bottling date. The uniqueness of each edition lies in both its flavour and its maturation. Before every new release, several mature casks are carefully tasted, and the one that best follows the character of the previous edition is selected. As every cask develops its own individuality during maturation, each release may exhibit subtle variations in aroma and flavour, influenced by both the cask and the ageing period.l number, barrel number from which it was taken, date when the barrel was filled and the date of bottling.
