Nestville Whisky Straight Single Barrel is a special edition limited to approximately 435 bottles from a single cask. Every bottle is unique, featuring a hand-written bottle number, cask number, cask filling date, and bottling date. Each edition is bottled by hand only after opening a single American white oak cask.
The uniqueness of this edition lies in both its flavour and maturation period. Before each new release, several mature casks are carefully tasted, and the one whose character best follows the previous edition is selected. Since every cask develops its own personality during maturation, each edition may display subtle differences in flavour and aroma, influenced by both the cask itself and the ageing period.
