A whisky made from 100% wheat, drawn from one carefully selected cask that has not been blended with whisky from other casks, and crafted through the unique process of 7-column distillation. Production takes place entirely under one roof – from grain to glass – highlighting its delicate character and precise craftsmanship. This approach preserves the unique profile of each cask, while for each edition, the cask that best follows the previous character is selected.
Wheat gives this whisky delicacy, smoothness and elegant balance, which during maturation for a minimum of 5 years in American white oak casks develops into notes of vanilla, honey and delicate wood. Every bottle thus carries the unique story of one cask in a limited edition.
